Back from training
its getting really tough now considering that NCDCC is the Guard Of Honour for founder's day
again the officer from HQ came down to train us
he finally introduced himself LOL

Anyway we did like 5 out of 50 types of push-ups he knew
Standard, Diamond, Overlap, Spider and Caterpillar
the caterpillar is damn weird LOL
Peter Ho was walking around when we were doing it and he took a picture
wtf...
lol

we'll be wearing a No. 1 uniform which none of us have seen before for founder's day
less than 2 months to go
