Second day of kayaking
today we were told to go down to the beach..
we were like "what beach?"
the beach was underwater because of the high tide
we had to walk through rocks just to get to the water...
the water today was stronger
we finally could do kayaking
getting onto the kayak was easy for me but not for other people...
i got help from an instructor lol

we had to paddle our way throught the rough waters to a pink buoy or ball
we had to make a raft out of kayaks with daniel going there first..
theres a long line that seperates us from the open sea
so daniel's kayak was hooked onto it and everyone had to hold each otheres kayak
which was VERY HARD
the waves were strong and we had trouble even getting to daniel...
not to mention holding on
halfway to Daniel.....Marcus's kayak capsized

eventually the instructor told us to break up and head for the shore
which was difficult...
i almost capsized 3 times...
my kayak was carried by the waves and hit the rocks on the shore..
then water started to pour in...
i got out and started emptying water with some help....
after that we brought everything back...washed our shoes blah blah blah
then we had lunch...
everything tastes great when you're hungry...
finished lunch....walking out of the canteen when one of the instructors asked us for help to empty the water in another dragon boat and bring it to shore....
we were like 'yippee!'
its fun!!!
although we just ate lunch...
we took a while but we managed to do it...
unfortunately we could'nt continue with the kayaking...
my instructor taught us how to tell if the waters are dangerous to go in...
its something to do with the white stuff that appear on some waves
if those waves pass a certain point....its no safe
every few mintues he had to pause because planes were passing over and its very loud...the place is near Changi Airport
we had to carry more kayaks...later
finally bath time!!
we saw something again.....worse than yesterday
the instructor who asked us for help was bathing(i think it was him)
WTF!!!

lol
then since we could'nt kayak...
we watched a video....on kayaking....which was boring....
i think there will be a make-up session because we did'nt do capsize drill and we can't pass the 1-star kayaking course if we don't do it....
darn..
